About us

Okinawa Vegetable Project Cooperative is a food specialist group consisting of vegetable sommeliers based in Okinawa.
Vegetables and fruit produced in Okinawa, such as traditional Okinawan vegetables, tropical fruit unique to subtropical areas, and vegetables harvested in a different season from the main island of Japan, are jewels on this island.
As vegetable sommeliers in Okinawa, we use our individual expertise and skills to convey charms and advantages of Okinawan vegetables and fruit through cooking classes, seminars, sales promotions and various other activities.
